  1. Eat slow and mindfully. Properly chew the food and feel the taste. 

2 .Avoid drinking fluids during meals so that the digestive juices will not be diluted. 

3 .Drinking fresh lemon water, mint tea or coriander seeds water throughout the day helps to stimulate digestion and purify the body.

4. Keeping meals simple and combining foods in the right way help the stomach and small intestines to properly break down and distribute the nutrients to the different cells in the body.

5. Increase fiber intake to prevent constipation and reduce risk of other digestive complaints.

6. Sleeping immediately after eating is also a harmful practice.

Coriander Drink Recipes for Digestion:

1 tbsp Coriander seeds 
1 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
1/4 tsp Caraway seeds
2 cups of water

Cracked all the seeds and boil them together or infused in the hot thermos.









 
Recipes
Brocolli Couscous Salad









  Ingredients:
1 cup Couscous > cooked
1 small florets Brocolli >cut and blanced
1 medium Carrot >shredded
1 medium Corn >
1 stalk of Celery
1/4 cup Raisin
1 Avocado >halfed and diced

Dressing:
1/2 cup Pumpkin seed >roasted
Salt & Papper
4 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Maple syrup

Blend the dressing ingredients in a blender
