You must be sincere in your desire to learn and follow the Yogic guidelines. Please note that in keeping with the ancient Yoga tradition, practices such as meditation, mantra chanting, ceremonies honoring sages, saints and the founders of the lineage, selfless service and study of philosophy are a part of this program. This program is non-sectarian, non-political and non-denominational, and is based on the intention to uplift, heal, and bring harmony, health and peace to all.

The course is not only about the yoga postures, but also about a philosophy and lifestyle.
